Last month in Milan, 35 Milanese shops – in the Sala Alessi in Palazzo Marino – were awarded the honor of “Historical Shop”, receiving the well-known plaque of recognition as a heritage of Milanese tradition. The “Historical Shops” plaque is recognized to commercial activities that have been operating in the Lombardy capital for at least 50 years in the same product sector.
“These are excellences that contribute to the attractiveness and prestige, including international, of our city”, said the Councilor for Economic Development Alessia Cappello who, in the Alessi Hall of Palazzo Marino, presented with the mayor Beppe Sala, to the owners and representatives of the workshops, the parchment and the plaque designed by the architect Bob Noorda. “These shops” are a reflection of the liveliness of Milan “explained the Mayor Giuseppe Sala.
